M E
My name is Carrie and I love connecting people with the natural world through classes, workshops and gifts. I worked for many different environmental organizations throughout my career including the National Park Service, Baltimore Aquarium, Philadelphia Zoo, and the National Audubon Society (NAS). I was with NAS for over 20 years where I started as an Environmental Educator and ended my career as the Center Director of the John James Audubon Center. Now, I am the Director of STEM at a non-profit Forensic Lab.
My son, Parker, and I had spent the past few years living at a farm and learned how to make beautiful things out of natural materials. We moved to the Towers of Wyncote over two years ago and I started teaching nature-based art classes. It has been so much fun meeting people from all over the Philadelphia Area and inspiring conservation through crafting!
